What is Lymph edema?

Lymph edema is the process of gathering of lymphatic fluid in the interstitial tissue due to lymphatic fluid exceeds the capacity of the lymphatic channels that cause swelling. But if the lymph edema is not caused by infection, the treatment will depend on the condition of lymph edema, the recommended treatment should be determined using the approach based on the method of Complex Decongestive Therapy (CDT) that can be covered: manual lymphatic drainage, sanitary napkins, proper skin care & diet, lymphedema garments (arm such as lymphedema arm sleeve and lymphedema bandages, stockings, and other alternative approaches); healing exercises, if available, any time can follow the method of prophylaxis.
