Tips to get a better memory:

  1. Sports: Physical activity makes the heart pumping and muscles moving, even just by walking daily will increase blood supply and nutrients to the brain.
  2. Enough sleep: Fatigue will disturb the information we have stored, as well as your ability to learn something new. But enough sleep at night will help your memory function.
  3. Be careful with supplements: Many claims are made about the power of vitamins C, E, herbal supplements to improve memory, but scientists do not unanimously recognized efficacy supplement. Instead, get the vitamins you need through a healthy eating and diet consultations to expert or doctor before trying these supplements.
  4. Controlling stress: Stress makes you think is unclear and may interfere with a good memory. While the source of stress may be beyond your control, you can teach your body to respond to situations differently with the practice of yoga or relaxation therapy.
  5. Treat depression: If you have memory problems with insomnia and feel anxious and desperate, you may be suffering from depression. When this situation is treated with an effective, your memory should be improved.
  6. Supervise treatment: Some antidepressant, antihistamines and medications for high blood can weaken memory. If you find a problem, talk to your doctor. Do not ever stop receiving prescription medicine without medical advice.

  9. Keep learning: Learning a new language, attend classes and lectures is one way to sharpen your memory.

Based on some studies have found that regularly consuming pistachio (green walnuts) is believed to reduce the risk of lung cancer and other malignant cancers.

One study in question is a study by the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. From these studies found that green walnuts contain vitamin E which is known as gamma-tocopherol.

“Vitamin E is known to provide protection against some cancers. High intake of gamma-tocopherol could reduce the risk of breast cancer, “according to Ladia M. Hernandez, one of the researchers of this study, as quoted from HealthDay.

Hernandez added that the green crab is one type of nut is good for health. According to him, two ounces per day can be incorporated into the diet program is being done to reduce the risk of breast cancer without causing significant changes in body mass index.
Other food sources are also rich in gamma-tocopherol contents include: peanut, hazelnut, walnut (a type of hazelnut), soybeans, and corn oil.

A total of 36 participants were engaged by the researchers in this study. A total of 18 participants were asked to consume 68 grams (about two ounces or 117 seeds) of green walnuts daily for four weeks and 18 other people (as a control group) did not add green walnuts into their normal diet.
