Keep Healthy While Smoking

It is not easy to remove or stop smoking. However, the more difficult is how to remain healthy in condition forced to smoke.

  1. Get used to exercise or start a program / hobby with family / friends who are not smokers. Make this event a regular basis. Sports are not only important for those who want to live healthy, but also for smokers. Spend approximately 30 minutes a day to give your body enough oxygen. Do not smoke while exercising because this will diminish any benefits.
  2. Do not smoke while drinking coffee. Although believed to increase the enjoyment, caffeine content in coffee can raise levels of CO2 in the lungs. Instead, choose a drink that can neutralize toxins brought on by smoking such as fresh fruit juice or milk.
  3. Replace cigarettes with snacks for dessert.
  4. Replace the habit of smoking during bowel by reading books, comics, newspapers are much more useful to increase knowledge or simply as a relaxation.
  5. Try to think for a moment before lighting a cigarette, about how life was more beautiful without a cigarette.
  6. If until now you had to smoke, try to think about the real life much better without smoking. The reason is always raised was smoking can reduce anxiety; improve concentration, giving a sense more calm and more relaxed. In fact, the positive effect was only felt for a moment and then that will arise dependence impact. Try to find alternatives such as listening to music through earphones or chew gum.
