Sanitary napkins

Previously very showy and often embarrassing, sanitary napkins, thinner, are nowadays more and more discrete. These are external protections, to protect the clothing of blood flow during menstruation. A towel is covered with a veil, draining and drying up the flow, keeping women dry. The sanitary protection is sought primarily for its comfort and ease of use. The absorption capacity of a sanitary napkin does not exceed three hours. Hence the need to change regularly, the risk of missing leak smells, smelly and very unpleasant. To increase their absorptive capacity, some sanitary pads contain chemicals. Avoid buying this product type; choose those made of cotton-based one hundred percent organic.

Tampons

Appeared in the United States in the thirties, tampons have been trivialized and integrated range of personal hygiene and large areas of medicine cabinet in our bathroom. This is an internal protection alternative in the towel. Just like the towels, tampons absorb blood flow, but unlike them, they are placed inside the vagina. Since its absorption capacity is also close to three hours, it is necessary to change it regularly. Left too long in the vagina, a tampon may cause irritation and serious infections. The tampons are available in two forms: models with applicators and models without an applicator. This type of sanitary protection is advisable to include sport, especially swimming. After use, remember to throw in the garbage and not down the toilet.
