Medical examinations are required to determine what it really is: ovarian cyst, malformation of the uterus, infection, fibroids…
How to relieve the pain?
You should never take things lightly as painful periods can conceal a greater problem. Please consult your doctor if in doubt. Initially, the pain can be relieved by heat. Lying for a moment with a hot water bottle on your stomach can only do you good. You can also make use of antispasmodics, anti-inflammatory remedy.
